We live in the Pacific Northwest on Whidbey Island, in Puget Sound. Access to our home on Whidbey is via the Washington State Ferry System.
Over the past eight to nine months we had many phone conversations and face to face meetings with Jeff. He traveled to our home on occasions for our meetings. Our first meeting, we spent considerable time getting to know Jeff, and about his family. We shared several family stories. Let’s say we feel as we have become friends with Jeff and his wife Deb throughout our interactions with Jeff.

When it came time to move forward with our reverse mortgage, he again was with us every step of the way. There were several computer data transfer issues, but Jeff took care of all of them.
